Camp Cross Check-In Procedures & Transportation: New for 2010!!!
A major change regarding check-in procedures and transportation has been instituted at Camp Cross beginning this year. Due to the congestion of boaters at the Loff’s Bay boat ramp on Sundays, Camp Cross will provide bus transportation from St Luke’ Episcopal Church, Coeur d’Alene to Camp Cross for all Youth Camps on Sunday afternoons. This will also apply to Mini-Camp, which begins on Monday, June 14th. This policy applies only to the following camps: Mini-Camp (June 28-30) , Junior High (July 11-16), Mid-High (July 18-24), Intermediate (August 1-6), and Senior High (August 8-14) .

Campers are asked to be at St Luke’s by 2:30 pm for check-in and transportation. All campers must have completed a bus transportation permission form which is available on the registration website. Each camper will be checked in by a Camp Cross representative, and the person dropping off the camper(s) must remain until the check-in process is completed by the nurse. At the conclusion of camp, family members are encouraged to pick up their child at Loff’s Bay at 2:00 pm or may decide to visit the camp for a service, lunch and slideshow. In the case of a visit, parents are asked to be at the Loff’s Bay boat ramp by 10:30 for transportation to Camp Cross.

To arrange for pickup on the last day of camp at St Luke’s in Coeur d’Alene (at 3:00pm), parents must simply make those arrangements with a camp representative at check-in. For questions or information, contact colinh@spokanediocese.org or visit the Camp Cross website: http://www.campcross.org/camp-sessions/register/.
