Daughters of the King Advent Day of Reflection (St. Luke’s, Coeur d’Alene)
The Daughters of the King will sponsor an Advent Day of Reflection, Prayer and Sharing from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 at St. Luke’s, Coeur d’Alene. A soup luncheon, drinks and snacks will be provided. A donation of $5 is requested. Please RSVP by Dec. 6 to Jane Jackson 208.777.9840.
CHS Advent Quiet Morning (St. Andrew’s, Spokane)
Associates of the Community of the Holy Spirit will hold an Advent Quiet morning on Saturday, Dec. 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Church 2404 N. Howard St., Spokane. All are welcome. The morning will include meditations and a celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols (St. John’s Cathedral)
The Cathedral Choir will present the traditional Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20 at St. John’s Cathedral, 127 E. 12th Ave., Spokane. The Church of England is inviting all to take five minutes to change the world this Advent by following the “tread gently” challenges and video stories behind each door on an online calendar launched with a special message from Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

Bishop Waggoner “On the Road”
Bishop Waggoner will be at Holy Spirit, Sandpoint/Dover Sunday, Dec. 6 to preside, preach and share the Second Sunday of Advent with the congregation.
