Two four year terms, either lay or clerical, with no term limits. Eight members meet as needed, usually on Fridays.
As the legal entities holding title to all diocesan properties, the Directors have control of and responsibility for property administration and invested funds. Experience in finance, real estate, administration or law important but not required.
