These events will happen again June 17-19 and August 16-18 Join other women as we explore how and why women were perceived as ‘Bad Girls’ in the Bible. This weekend is designed to feed you spiritually and physically as we live into being BELOVED children of God. Whether you have joined us before or this would be your first time with us, it is always unique, structured to fill you and feed you where you are at this time.

This is the perfect setting, exploring the history, beauty and resurrection in Wallace. Time for hiking, biking or just ‘being’.

The Commission on Ministry is offering a Preaching Workshop for all those who are seeking to be licensed as preachers, seeking ordination, or simply wish to refine their preaching skills. This workshop is both weekends June 14-15 and June 28-29. You must attend both weekends for credit to be given. The workshop runs from 6 pm Friday through 6 pm Saturday. If due to work you cannot make it by 6 pm on Friday please let the Rev’d Gretchen Rehberg know by email at: rector@nativitylewiston.com.

This years women’s gathering will be held in the Diocese of Spokane, in the small historical town of Wallace, ID. The dates for this gathering are June 21-23. Our theme for the weekend is Bad Girls of the Bible, about living into the Resurrection with its pain and indescribable joy and promise. We are trying to keep the cost as low as we can. Expenses for the weekend program, meals, transportation from Spokane to Wallace and back to Spokane are approximately $100 per person plus the motel, with each person to make their own arrangements. We have a block of rooms reserved for the weekend that will cost anywhere from $60-$90 per room depending if you want a single or double room.
