Application forms are found as links below. All applications materials are the responsibility of the aspirant, and must be received by the Commission on Ministry (COM) 30 days prior to any scheduled interview in order to receive an interview by the COM. The COM is aware, however, that some forms are dependent upon clergy and vestry signatures, if an aspirant is having difficulty getting these forms in on time please contact the Rev. Gretchen Rehberg, Chair of the Commission on Ministry about this fact.
